This year we have 50 events in 6 cities of Austria. Besides Vienna, Innsbruck, Graz and Salzburg, Krems is taking part again. We are also delighted to welcome Kufstein to our #pint family.

From ISTA, our professor of Astronomy Lisa Bugnet<\/strong> will talk about laughing stars<\/a>. The universe is all about destruction, burning stars and it does not care about you! But we do, and we have a few people to explain to us what the hell is happening up there!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sustainability manager Jeroen Dobbelaere<\/strong> and postdoc Logan Hodgskiss<\/strong> ask if we actually make a difference with our science<\/a>? Is today’s science helping or hurting our future? They will try to explain how sustainable the scientific research is and how realistic their \u201ceurekas\u201d are when the conversation comes to planet Earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
